About Eli

A native of Durham, N.C., Eli M. Rozier Jr. holds a B.S. degree in Financial
Management from the University of South Carolina and a Masters in Real Estate
Development from Auburn University. With over 25 years of experience in real
estate, Eli has successfully owned, rehabilitated, and developed residential
properties, while also navigating diverse business environments, including the
sale of a thriving x-ray company. As the President/Owner of The Avail Group, Eli
has set a standard of excellence for the company.

In May of 2015, Eli completed his Masters in Real Estate Development at
Auburn University, focusing on commercial real estate principles with an
emphasis on LEED construction.

Eli and his wife, Debbie, now call Jacksonville, Florida, home, where they enjoy spending
their time with their children: Liz, Paige, Hope, and Eve. And two
son-in-laws- Ben and Sam. While his kids have moved beyond competitive
sports, Eli now relishes spending quality time with his family. Additionally, Eli has
a passion for travel, exploring new places and creating lasting memories while at
the same time playing golf.
